Remove the burnt embers, and make the brown look more like it's melting and revealing a solid colour underneath, would be more befitting of a candle than burnt embers

I think the fire and burns on this look great. I feel like this accomplished the idea that pip's conflagrated warpaint set out to do.

The lava/burning definitely need a bit more work, it looks oddly weird. Otherwise good concept.

if the sticker texture has a completely black alpha then it makes the sticker invisible, so make a white texture with a black alpha, then request for it to be removed. worst case scenario valve will just keep the blank sticker but it will still work the same way. hope this helps.

I love it. quick question though. How do you make a warpaint that has a sticker, and then remove it without the original sticker showing up?
