the original game model doesnt have a face. The faces that you probably see in all the fan animations are not original game assets, last time i checked they weren't publically available. sorry.

shield's a seperate model, but I can try to re-work this one to include the shield as a bodygroup. I was generally still planning to re-do most of the models, especially Mynah

Is what I would say if i could get it to the proportion trick bit. For some reason, I'm gettin' errors. I'm gonna try with another model and see if it does the same thing, or if it's just the ARAR.

Aight, I'll try it out. I'm working on porting the ARAR rn, so hopefully I manage to un-spaghetti the spine.

yes, I had the exact same issue! So what I did was, during the proportion trick part of porting the model (using a tutorial from Deadwater) I would first combine the Spine 2 bone to Spine 4, and then combine Spine 1 to Spine 2. That seemed to work for me.

I was actually working on porting the version of this model that has the face, but I faced a problem with the spine. For some reason, the very top spine bone (spine 4, I think), was broken. Like, it would move, but it didn't actually move the body along with it.

Kinda demoralizing, and I was so tired at that point that I just said "fuck it," and wiped it out so I could restart from the beginning. I haven't touched it in, like, 2 weeks. But I don't need to now.

Have you faced that problem? I'm thinking it was when I was in old blender and we had to fix any of the missing bones, but I'm not nearly experienced enough with any of this stuff to say for sure it was that.
