@farkrits You clearly don't understand what "random PNGs" mean if you think the skulls and bones are random. So many god tier and iconic skins from TF2s past have extra details like this. High Roller has colored chips and rare patterns, Sacred Slayer a similar looking warpaint and well loved by even skin purists has similar concepts to this, etc. You clearly take the word of some of the few people in the community like Zesty (who I'm sure would like this warpaint anyway) and only listen to what he says on base value and think of it as factual.

I wanted to give it detail and personality instead of just plain-ass textures, if you want a boring wp with brown and greys, im sure youll find a truckload in previous cases.

Genuinely fantastic warpaint! People might complain about the skull and bones, but I think this is a rare case of it adding to the overall look of the warpaint and your work with the separate layers really makes the skulls and bones feel like they belong on the weapon. The wood textures are fantastic, the metal/metallic surface looks burnt and stained, and it's themed after a map in the game. This is a key example of what everyone SHOULD do when making Halloween warpaints or warpaints in general. Lots of attention to detail and care for the games world!

Its not supposed to really be dirt, its wood.
With a couple specs of dirt here and there

the texture doesnt really look like dirt as it is supposed to. make it a little dirty and its a decently good war paint
