@Cokain8 Checked the possibility to change spawnchance for AgroTsar.
It has different type of spawn with Tsar own spawnzones.
It cannot be changed thru sandbox-options. Only vanilla server setting for "CarSpawnRate = 3":steamsad:

I can try to do that; but it seems a little bit difficult cause of lack of vanilla spawn zones for those vehicles(
