Like it's fine if the changes for this item aren't for you - not every single cosmetic made in the workshop is made for every single person - it's just weird that you try to justify these dislikes as it majorly affecting this character's appearence when there's been so many other cosmetics, both Valve-made & community-made, that've done the exact same things you're disapproving of here.

I actually really like the idea of a demo cosmetic to remove his hair and leave him with a bald head because it highlights one of the greatest and most unique features of the Demoman's character model, the eyepatch, which you don't really get to see much with the cosmetics we have in game, however. I really don't like this because of the moustache + chin, also the texture work on the head leaves a little to be desired.

overall, a good idea for a cosmetic that in my opinion got ruined by a desire to make it flashy to attract workshop votes instead of it just being a good item. No offense to you personally though, I know this takes a lot of work to make and I'm sure you will continue to improve as you work on more and more things.
