amazing asset. with some detailing and propping, now I have an amazing beach club to throw 2 day long parties in my city :)

@Chamëleon TBN no, I don't have that DLC, if someone offers to re-save the asset I have no problem publishing it, at this point I don't think I'll buy more DLC
