This is not something you add as an easter egg. A change like this must be made clear at the mods description.

Basically, if a male character has at least 4 congenital traits, and he fathers a child with a mother with fewer than 4 congenital traits, then the child will be female. If he fathers a child with a mother with at least 4 congenital traits, then the mother will alternate birth gender (starting with male). This be immersion breaking if you don't plan on doing large amounts of inbreeding, but if you are using this mod, I am assuming you plan on doing a lot of it, in which case it should be pretty useful.
All mods that do not add game rules are currently achievement compatible, including mine.
