Are you sure? Ive always put priority modes at the top and they work.

Prime example being Coach of Chaos which will not work at all if its too low on the list.

@weerax DD actually loads mods from the bottom up so you need them in this order

So I have a question. I wanna use fire attack patches and include runaway in the district, but I don't like the bombard. How should the mod order be?

it doesn't include the hero .info file in the mod.

So you don't need Arsonist, Salamander, AND bombard to use it. you just could have bombard and this above it, and it will function.
