If the vehicle mods you use have weakspots, aim for them.

I balanced the tube launchers to be effective against cars and trucks (which at most have 2000 HP) and weapon emplacements. IFVs and APCs are your upper limit with these (and helicopters if you can hit them)

Its dual purpes so its for infantery and tanks thus it has lowerd damege becuase its Okay for both and not only good for one

RPG26 thermobaric ver have wrong effects, when you use it to shoot the targets in far range, it will sum a thermobaric effect in the midair not on the target point......sorry about my poor english.
