good looking mod, unfortunately i cant use it because its causes alot of engine crashes

Is this mod known to cause engine errors? I feel that way because I get a lot of engine errors and crash while playing on L4D2 maps (same for L4D1 maps but not as much) plus Iv’e deleted mods to give the engine some space to process stuff but still crash so Im thinking its due to this. I don’t want to uninstall it though because I think it looks good and its a pretty cool port. Maybe uninstall more mods?
