Most likely, you'll have to spawn him in via console commands.
I can't imagine a reason why only Nyrask would show up. There might be a mod conflict on your end, or you may have to resubscribe to the mods.
A question for all: Does anyone know how to summon a hero in multiplayer per console command for anyone else but the host? Since the Sentinels don't appear with LC and we would still like to have them^^ My thanks to anyone who might be able to answer!
Othewise I would be really grateful if the Sentinels become compatibel of course ;-)

That'd actually be fairly easy. One of the Beastmen bull characters (I think gorebull?) has nothing but punching animations. All I'd have to do is give him a Khornate reskin. It's not something I plan on doing anytime soon, but it's certainly something I'll keep in mind!

Once all my Sentinels are done, I'll release an all-in-one mod with all of them included.

I feel like that'd be too similar to the tomb scorpion, but I'll keep it in mind.
I'd love to see in future a re-skinned giant spider from orks re-imagined into a tomb priest model.
I don't know if this is possible, but would you consider making a unarmed fighter for Khorne? I know there's not really any animations for unarmed combat by default, but I'm wondering if using the Ghorgon model as a base and removing the blades/changing up the character model a bit and shrinking them down to a tall human size would make this possible. A khorne themed bruiser essentially: One Punch Bull.
