Mod has been updated with the requested PCSes and a new format not requiring Template Master using the newly added ini config format (thanks to Rusty and MrCloista adding that to their mod)

For [WOTC] Overwatch PCS , open XComTemplateEditor.ini and add the following lines:
+Edit_X2TechTemplate=(T="MEME_BasicPCS", P="ItemRewards", V="CommonPCS_Overwatch", RDLC=("OverwatchPCS"))
