It's because of the naming scheme of the mod. If you look at your mod list name, there's (should be), no other mod with empty spaces between the words. They all have an _

i can get caravans by confederating with Louen but it doesnt start with it

Also, it might be worth reading up on load order, as it doesn't matter what the name of the pack file it's if you're only editing dB tables, it's the name of the table that's important. And if you're adding new tables, and not over riding, then it really doesn't matter what the load order is :)

I Don't have access to caravans when starting with Outremer. Is that working as intended?

Is Outremer one of the factions that should have caravans from turn 1 or do I need to confederate someone first?
