This mod is made so that it is easy for other mods to add support for it on their side without having to add a dependency to it. I suggest you ask the author of the Altered Carbon mod to add support. They should only need to look in the XML parts to figure out what to do.
It should be fairly easy to hook into this mod from their end or from a third-party mod. The speedup is added as a stat on the growth vat, so it can just be read from other mods.
