My eyes hurts after hour of playing with this. Idea is good, but would be better to make it to 1.5 or x2 size of that.

No, that's the planetary decision menu, the same one you use to clear blockers on a planet, etc.

So you just click on one random decision and it just automatically selects a random star, planet or asteroid. And it does the construction on it's down?
