He just needs more specials and supers it's a great start. I'd change the 1f moves to 4f tho.

So, the character is fine.
But, his attacks should do more damage, the spear throw should be aimable (dont know if thats a word), and just that.
Besides that, its a pretty good character, its fun to play.

Now give the copter infinite armour and priority. Don't make any of his other moves broken or anything, just turn the waddlecopter into an omnidirectional everything-denial monster of a lariat.

Its kinda funny how this boy only has like 5 moves, but the fact that one of them lets him fly with constant damage for like 3 seconds on command makes him way more useful than Kirby.
