Try going in to your insurgency directory in your steam folder then going

insurgency > custom > workshop

And you may be able to find the files there and delete them manually.

Love this mod man! I think there might be a slight issue with the music kinda cutting out when selecting game modes and maps in the main menu. Nothing big and it's probably my fault, or conflicting with some other mods. Nevertheless I thought I would share it.

And if I may suggest 3 songs for the next update to the mod:

Cry of the Blackbirds- Amon Amarth (Match Start Music)
Until the End- Breaking Benjamin (Losing Music)
Reise Reise / Feuer Frei! -Rammstein (Menu Music/Match Music)

Great mod! but for an update i would make sure that all or must music is replaced. Also the music rotaion needs a little work.
