Just change the two instances of HRS_male_outfit_scientist.dds in the HRS_male_clothes_01.txt to say
HRS_male_clothes_scientist.dds, they're at the top of the program if put in notepad and should work fine after that.

After investigating, it seems that the leader appears naked because the HRS_male_outfit_scientist.dds, which doesn't exist as an image file, is defined in the HRS_male_clothes_01.txt

It’s an unfortunate holdover it seems. It happens with the silfae mods as well since the “naked” state counts as a clothing option. I’ve only seen it with male leaders however.
