@DAKON this is because Dominus Mundi provides "real empire De jure" option. it deletes almost europe empire except HRE,Frank and three desicion-formed empires(angevin,spain and Italia), because their are not historical. You can choose whether to enable this option in the game rules.

This should be due to the cultural innovation "all-Things" of viking-norman culture. It allows player to break crown authority without cooldowns at a huge prestige cost.

@Varangian I haven't played as HRE Emperor in the new version yet,so I don't find those problems like coronation. I will check them and try to fix, thank you.
