yea sure go ahead. just note that the model doesn't have a proper uv unwrap. it's texture something like a 4x4 pixel grid.

can i edit this model (different colour lights, steering wheel on other side, windows that aren't black, different sounds, possibly paintable, etc) and make a version with 6 wheels and upload them? (while giving credit)

the steering wheel is on the left because I preffer that. I make my assets with a (usually) european setting in mind. In which a steering column to the left is more common. Black windows where an artistic choise, It keeps them in line with my trains, that also have black windows. I understand the confusion as RL cars windows are always transparent.
Finally the drivalable versions are not paintable because that is not allowed by the game. Just like you can't paint trains.
I hope that clears up your confusion.

I have made the Ural 4320 truck as well. It's an old sovjet truck, but that might not be what you are hoping for. For the rest I don't know. Both trucks were old moddels I had laying around, so they where relativly easy to bring into RL. as for what mods I am making in the future I can't tell because I don't know myself.

You can just use paint. Like with a prop. You can paint all vanilla road vehicles.
