Cool mod, nice policies, but there's no way to pass a lot of these as unless you have emergency powers you can't realistically amass the required political capital.

I go to the comments, the first thing I see is

Encourage women to stay at home. Deport all ethnic minorities or make them work as slaves. Make adultary a crime it can be for both men and women or just women (as in the olden days they were discriminated against). Have it where it starts at a fine, to a heavy fine, prison and even the death penalty. School leaving minimum age (which could influence street children and youth crime. These are just ideas and I understand it would probably take you a very long time to create.

I have a few policy suggestions. Making it legal to have more than 1 wife, orphanage and street children, instill a culture of parents having a lot of children like before WW2 it was common for families to have 12 children, corporal punishment so it can be that it's completely banned, parents can enforce it to teachers enforcing it. Years ago in Canada they would take native Canadian children away from their parents, send them to bording school to learn to speak Engliah and the Christian values. You could bring in a policy where ethnic minorities go to different schools like they did in the USA during the 1960s.
