@i ate atomic bomb, I will do that in the near future, but temporarily I'll probably create an "Assist Buddy" that can scale up my characters. This buddy will be able to be applied to any character as long as you have Buddies enabled.

His sprite should be bigger, roughly the size of Munos' Goku so he can actually hit people. And it would be better if he wasn't so fast. I always just run past my opponents when I try to attack them. Other than that his attacks are good and he is generally a good character.
