Nevermind, i turned off toybox classics and the model started to show up, so maybe it was conflicting with that addon instead

When i throw the C4 after it falls on ground the model dissapears, although its still there, its just invisible for some reason
It still works, just turns invisible when touches ground or any other surface
I have M9K weapons enabled (including M9K specialities) maybe it conflicts with this addon?

The c4 addon does not have any custom explosion particle effects, you must have another addon that replaces the particle effect and are missing the required content

I got nostalgic and opened gmod, looked at my code and realized it was very badly written so it really needed to be redone

Random question but I meant to ask this back in 2023: What made you randomly decide to update the mod? Most big mods from 2012-2014 get totally abandoned by their uploaders

That's true. You could only sprint forward in CoD, or at least in Black Ops II. I didn't really mind the lack of other directional sprinting animations back when this addon still had the sprinting animations, and I still wouldn't mind, personally. For instance, I have a Black Ops weapon pack that includes the Five-seven, which I'm pretty sure has almost identical sprinting animations to what this C4 used to have, and does indeed show what you describe. However, I can fully enjoy the weapons in this pack because they have the sprinting animations, which I personally view as iconic as the reload animations. I think it would be nice to have the option for those that don't mind.

Another problem was that in CoD, there was only a sprinting forward animation, while in gmod you can sprint in every direction. This means that if you sprint backwards for example, the c4 will only sprint forwards which looked weird.
So out of 8 potential sprint movement directions (wa, w, wd, d, ds, s, as, a) there is only one animation

Thank you for replying. I figured I wasn't misremembering. That's a shame, but understandable. Would it be possible for you to reimplement it in some way in the future? Maybe through a cvar or a secondary entry? I'm not much of a weapons modder, so I may have no idea what I'm talking about. The sprinting animations might still be good to have for those that do use this with other Call of Duty weapons that also have sprinting animations.
