It says in the description, "The blood on weapons is also broken, I didn't reupload a broken copy, it broke due to Garry's mod updates!!" Use blood and gore overhaul IV for working blood on hands. If you are wanting to stick to Blood and gore Overhaul 3, then turn off blood on weapons.
