That's your problem, check your 1000 mods, your settings and maybe reset Garry's Mod which usually fixes the issue.

For everyone that's wondering why the tanks are checker-boarded:

You need (*Trauma Studio's Battlefield: Desert Combat*) to fix the tank textures.
