It DOES affect your employees as well, meaning if you take the 1000x XP, your employees will become maxed out rather fast. It disables the Aspects of Professionalism achievement, though, but you can disable the mod then load the save again to get it to ping.

@Sanal The mod is working, you may have misunderstood this mod.
it only gives 5x xp after the load is delivered.
