Here are the guys that already have a unique portrait in vanilla files: Nenonen, Munch, Larsen, Egede-Nissen, Heinrichs, Fleischer, Alvear, Bastico.

All these protraits are not needed, as they already exist (and moreover, there are not working. Alvear's portrait that is displayed is the vanilla one).

Why not. You should see the leaders that already have unique portraits as mentionned previously, and more with the last DLC (example : Alvear for Argentina).

@Gerrade Carnot Wheeler is a fake person I presume. The one on the portrait is Burton Kendall Wheeler.

Some portraits are already unique in the vanilla, like Plaek Phibunsongkhram or Aksel Larsen.

A very good mod. The only thing that unnerves my eye is the portrait of Kerensky. This is not his portrait, I don't know, maybe it is an easter egg from the author. When searching for a portrait from this mod, Google gave me the result - Vladimir Putin.

can you remade the democraticaustria leader portrait (or just searching another one) the actual one is jusst a photo and it doesn't fit with the rest of portraits. thank you

you put the wrong portrait on the kurdish communist leader, you put Qazi Muhammad Isa a man from pakistan. the kurdish leader is called Qazi Muhammad he was the president of the republic of mahabad during 1946 in modernday western iran

I didn't touch anything about leaders, but portraits. Paradox did it. i can't change that.

I searched carnot wheeler on google (leader of unaligned USA) because i didn't know who was but when i find him and his name was burton wheeler, not carnot. Can you fix the name for the next patch?

Fantastic mod but some portraits don't work.
Haven't tested many others but Arthur Seyss-inquart (Reichskommissariat Niederlande) and Erich Koch (Reichskommissariat Ukraine) don't work. Weird cause Ostland and Belgien are fine and do work.

Yes, as far as I remember, France is the only major country that has two generals with generic portraits and if I'm not mistaken, French Marshal Antoine-Marie-Benoît Besson also has generic portraits.

Exactly, all those I mentioned are military and political leaders that are in vanilla, but have generic portraits.

And yes. my goal is every Vanilla characters get their unique portraits.

Are they already registered as character in Vanilla right? I didn't know that major countries have character which don't have unique portraits...
