Katana scalpel (the newest one) can be found in meth laboratories, survivors' houses, weapon shops and places with cleaning items, the chance in all cases is MAXIMUM rare, but quite possible, even with extremely rare loot, and it will also spawn in zombies (but already repaired and broken version)
