if you do make a mod like this again i think it is easier to manually give the states to each country because then you dont have to go back and add factories and resources to each state, but this is a decent looking mod hope it goes well

This looks alarmingly like something I made a long, long time ago, in a little far away game called WorldBox, but there's too many differences for this not to be a coincidence so it's ok. I never really posted my creation anywhere, and I do not claim credit for anything.

As far as anyone should be concerned this is an entirely original creation using a name of a real place (that I used too but at that point I'm nitpicking).
