No, the candle needs to be enabled. And no way on the player end to disable it.

Is there a way to disable the permanent death wish HUD element you get during gameplay when the candle is enabled? I don't need to see it all the time.

Or will the green timepieces still appear if I don't have the candle enabled?

What an incredible mod, loved the Green stars of SMG2, and absolutely loved these Green Timepieces

Haven't been able to find the timepiece for "cheating the race". It's probably just me missing the sound or the sight.

So turns out I just forgot you can dive after wall running. Way easier than I though

I believe that's the correct method iirc. Just needs a good execution, or maybe starting on a different pillar.

I'm having trouble reaching the lab rift one. Closest I've gotten is by jumping, wall climbing on one pillar, and then double jumping to the next, wall climbing that, and jumping for the time piece, but that still doesn't seem to be enough. Is that the correct method or is there some other way I'm missing? (and if so could I have a hint?)

This mod unironically is pretty fun to go through in the post-game, just exploring chapters again and using cool techniques to nab the time pieces
Plus my Super Mario Galaxy 2 nostalgia is hit with the mod premise, so yeah

So I found one of the secret greens The one that was in that small test map called "hatintimeentry" or something like that , any hints on where the second one is?

They're maps you likely won't be able to replay or access; mostly a gag thing.

Disregard my previous comment, re-enable function finally decided to work. Any hints on the two new secret greens? Admittedly not sure where to start looking.

Hm…I thought Workshop Greens wouldn’t count for this, but I may have been wrong. I’ll disable the candle locking itself after perfection.

I'm not sure if its a bug or intended, but the game had registered the death wish as complete even though I still had some greens left in the Arctic Cruise, and I can't reactivate the candle to go find them?

Just got it, PHEW, i thought it was in the area where you start the chapter or something stupid like that

It's the same green as Illness (due to some weird internal setup for the chapters), so just look there.

Currently going through the mod, god I hope the Alpine Skyline "Free Roam" green isn't incredibly stupid, im not looking forward to going insane on that one

Fine I'll do it: You can see it from the top of Snatcher's tree.

It was a wildcard placement, so I just recommend exploring up the forest.

fantastic mod, I only just collected the green pieces for Mafia Town as of commenting but I'm loving it already Having an excuse to explore the maps again and think about where secrets might be is my favorite part of 3D platformers, almost like a new game+ ! great stuff!

Quick Question. Are Greens On Or Close By The Intended Path Of The Level? I'm tryna find Barrel Battle but accidentally got the one for outer space and that was on the path to the end. And if so, don't tell me where, but give me a lil hint for BB please :) thanks u

If you do a single jump into a wall, you can do a double jump after wall jumping. Use that to clear the gap and get another wall jump on the other side to give you enough height.

How do you get the green piece in Blue Rift: The Lab? It seems too far out of reach no matter how I go about it

@794redfield I commend your dedication for going through the entire journey as MU I couldn't possibly bear having to platform your way as her to catch the time pieces especially the tricky ones. Right now I have 40/55 as hat kid this mod has been amazingly fun and I can't recommend it enough for people who love the game as much as I do and enjoy the platforming. 10/10

Can anyone help me with the green time piece labeled for Your Contract Has Expired? I've looked everywhere in and out of that mission and I can't find anything.

Only normal, basegame levels, I didn’t exclude DW levels from the act checks since you could nab some greens easier in like, Illness Speedrun.

i'm now onto 10 green timepieces left (45/55), but i just noticed that the community levels in the death wish says "Green Timepiece Detected" when i entered all 3 of them and i don't think these are part of the contract (nyakuza metro chapter only has 10 levels, and the bonus objective didn't say find "58" of them).

The Time Piece icons appear above "joining" menu when selecting act.

This may have been posted on a April Fools day, but a joke this mod was not. I LOVED every second of hunting for those Green Pieces!

And because I'm sodding mad, I collected every last one as Mustache Girl, needless to say... having to work around not having a wall run and thus infinite wall jumps or the Dweller's mask added a lot of extra spice to the challenge, but I did it. I can confirm with 100% certainty that fans of bombs and mustaches can absolutely collect all 55, but be ready to pull off some fancy bomb jumps to get to a few, looking at you Green Clean Manhole.

For those who manage to pull it off as well, I give you the title, "Little Green Riding Hood".
10/10, get this mod now.

OH MY GOD I AM BLIND. Thank you, that took longer than it need to be. I've been finding the others quite quickly, idk why this one tripped me up.

This is a great mod otherwise though. I've been having lots fun finding them. They're placed really well through the maps!
