Sorry to hear this. The tracks are exactly like I found them on Youtube, I didn't edit them in any way. So it's their default loudness that is just higher than AoEs default loudness.

Why this one is so loud compared to vanilla ost and other that I subscribed?
I have to keep the music volume down everytime I play.

Yes.

Since 4.0 AoE2 uses the new steam workshop system. So all mods need to be upgraded to this new system to be compatible again. And for there were some mod manager issues in the beginning and I have to take care of 'a few' mods, there are multiple of them left I still have to upgrade.

There was alreay arequest for Kill La Kill and I had a look at it.
But for now I wasn't able to find a complete track list. In case you have a link (a youtube playlist would be great)...
