Thanks everyone again. Map will be updated soon, so I'll try to fix some issues, especially with the AI nodes and lightning. Talking about map expandig, it's in plans too, but not very soon, I'm afraid.

Maybe add the other side of the river? and expand the interior of the building made from red bricks, the one right at the sea side

@TheRedEngineer , well map is pretty dark by itself, it's sucks, but if your image is different from shown on the screenshots, I guess it's some gmod or workshop issues, which I unfortunetely can't fix. Nevertheless, thanks for your comment, I'll try my best.

Honestly this map is good although it might not be to long in size I definitely like the lighting, atmosphere and prop placement especially with the moving cars in the lil background driving overall 10/10 good job :steamhappy:

Thanks everyone for the current feedback. Well, I guess issues with water come from strange engine work with this texture, when placed in a skybox, so if I'll find a solution for this, of cource it will be fixed, as well as everything cheesy with this map.

It's got a very nice atmosphere, good prop placement and overall has a beautiful design, however there are some errors signs in the lake but that's about it.
