After we worked on this one I watched a couple of videos of this old dude painting pieces of glass, it was pretty cool how he put the ink on, scored it with textures, and when he fired it it became solid.

class emblems look like theyre baked into a glass coin .

That'd be true if the concept was all glass, no paint. Paint on glass is commonly dark colors, to contrast with the light streaming though the already existing texture of the glass.

Good war paint concept, good Judas Priest song, bad execution. The borders between different glass shades need to be thicker and darker. Class emblems need to be also made of the glass.

it would have been cool if the glass cracked on lower grades

The emblems kinda stick out, they don't look much like stained glass.

ohhhh this is really pretty and also super creative!! tastefully muted colors are delicious
