I was just wonder if you do the Lt. Rocky, Cele: Animation for all M4 Carbines, M16A1, M16a2,M16a4 remastered and maybe do M416, AR-15, Car-15, Colt 723, Colt 727, Remington R5 RGP & Sig MCX XM7 ?

mmmm the animation and the model are acceptable, it's good (I'm curious what it would look like with the default animation but ok)

I Can remove custom sounds and scripts from this mod, but How I Can get normal M16 animations for this Rifle?

Sure, but don't include the model and just use the skin support system the mod already has.

Just make sure the textures have this as a dependency and they're pointing to this materials path: "models\weapons\cs2\rif_m4a1_s\skins\"

Honestly I think that has something to do with the way Twilight Sparkle made the animation rig so not much I can do with how I could adjust the thumb on the animations so it could be consistent across survivor arms

Plus I'd had to manually adjust it per animation and frame so imagine how long that'd take me
