Is there a way to make it so the TV programs don't shut off?? I like having them on for later in my playthroughs.

So, it works on existing saves? Like for MP?

Was working in multiplayer first day. Now about a week in (in game) and logged on the next day and its giving tv static

Thank you for this! the background noise on the tv channels is so much better than the default (hearing The Nanny jingle was a blast from the past let me tell you!) Looking forward to any updates! Is there any way you could include alternate versions that use the default TV channels TURBO and/or WBLN News instead? This channel replaces another modded channel, The Yard for mechanics which I also use. It would be cool to be able to use both at the same time

Love this mod, hopefully it's still being worked on. One of the more creative mods out there imo.

*sigh* Looking for a good TV/Radio mod for my 1 year survived save (you can imagine it gets boring) but I guess sadly it just isn't possible to make a good mod that will work on an already existing save. This would've been perfect. Hopefully one day... I'll favorite this mod because I like the idea, but I just can't get myself to start a new game.

@4 4Ever I've just updated the mod to reduce the sound volume. Hopefully that helps! I was thinking the same thing.

tv's are too fucking loud, please option to turn the sound off and only get the texts, or a volume bar because the sound is cool, but goddam it is loud

@GrimZore This sometimes happens with already-running servers. I'm honestly not exactly sure why. Some folks have no issues and for some it doesn't appear. It could be a server configuration issue or a conflict. I thought I had resolved all conflicts, but it may be that another has popped up.

First question: Do the TVs sound more "lively" now? If you're hearing the updated sound files, we can determine the mod is loading correctly and it might be a good place to start debugging.

Second question: Do you have any other TV mods installed?

@ExtraNoise I can't find you're channel on the tv's at all in mp.

I did a doubletake when I heard the Goosebumps theme come from my radio late at night while loading magazines. Thank you for that, genuinely unexpected and made me laugh quite a bit.

Seamlessly vanilla, very good job. The stress levels rising are a little annoying though

i tried survivor radio and Bouncer's Radio Expansion (v1.1) i dont remember which one messes with it but i believe both has compatibility issues since it modify audio, anyway i stayed with yours since their mods are not working properly on MP

@TheStonedSolider Do you know which ones are missing? I've been attempting to make it compatible with as many as I can and didn't run into any issues on my last release test.

@ExtraNoise I see. I'm very excited to see July 11th, This is top of the notch premium mod content. Fits with the basegame lore perfectly, I also love you went the extra mile to add fake telesnaps of the various programs on the images tab. It's just that little extra icing on the cake, They look very authentic for 1993. The Volume Bar on the Focus America program image reminds me of my folks old Sanyo TV from 1989. We had that thing right up to the last day of analog TV before the switch to digital.

@Rukio - Sure enough, looks like the Hit Music Television channel from the Bouncer's Radio Expansion mod uses the same frequency as my mod (channel 213). My next update should fix this! Thanks again for all the help tracking that down.

@Rukio - digging into it right now :) Thank you again for your continued help trying to track this down. I'm hoping the new update I'm releasing will solve the issue as well.

Did the mod help you figure anything out why there are no channels for WLNY appearing?

I have thought about expanding this mod to add additional channels! I'd love to get a solid base of content for Channel 13 and then may additional channels. I'd love to have a news station channel covering the Knox Event in real time.

I have high hopes for this mod. Have you considered making other TV stations eventually? Triple N and TURBO seem to be parodies of CNN and TNT ((Considering TURBO is referenced in lore as NNN's sister station much like TNT would have been to CNN)) But I think we could use Comedy Central, FOX or even the Sci Fi Channel. ((All of these would be on air in 1993.)) Have you considered compartmentalizing WLNY into several smaller stations?

There are some mod error pop ups every now and then but it normally is meaningless. (Just got the error pop up thing so I can see what causes issues.)

@Rukio Thanks so much for taking the time to go through and list those out. I went and downloaded the ones I could find to double-check for any conflicts in the files but so far haven't found anything. I wasn't able to determine where "Hit Music Television" and "NTV" come from - do you happen to know what mod(s) those are? I am also curious if you are running Build 41.

Hmm.. it's definitely in the server. I wonder if it's conflicting with the other TV channels I have. Those ones are showing up but not yours. Even in singleplayer it's not showing up.

What does the TV show called in game? I'm not seeing it show up in the channel list on a new MP save.

@ham and cheese sandwich, Radio data is calculated on first load; adding additional data (from a mod added to a preexisting save) requires fiddling with save file data, unfortunately. It's not an issue with this mod. Your best bet is a clean save.

While I can't really use the mod yet because of my current game being a couple months into the event, I do wanna say that you have the right idea, are doing a good thing, and seem to be making an awesome mod. I'll try to come back when I add and begin to use it.

Hello everyone, I've updated the mod! It has fixed a few lines of dialogue in the previous version, I've expanded a few shows to better fill the time, and I've added shows for day 2. I am now working on the next day (Sunday, July 11, 1993).

@Ấu Dâm Chính Hiệu - The new update has added sounds, but they play randomly. I am going to continue to work on this part.
