yeah please, just add vanilla tracks if you can so they can be used in all situations. my local light rail regulary does 80mph
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 8. okt. kl. 7:34
never really considered light rail when i made this, only thought of industries / harbors and street running, does light rail travel faster than 30mph? I could see maybe 40 or 50 depending on the speed limit of the road if its in the road
Hushey 7. okt. kl. 12:54
why is it max 30? this means no one can do light rail. keep it simple. vanilla tracks but rails only please
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 19. juni 2024 kl. 6:27
oh yeah its not hard. i just keep forgetting to do it
RadiKyle 19. juni 2024 kl. 6:26
If it helps, you can just add * 1.60934 the end of the speed equation, so like = 30 / 3.6 * 1.60934 for the 30 mph track, so you can keep using mph settings and forget about the math.

I also noticed the 5mph track is named 10mph (the icon helps there, except in the station track menu where I use these the most).
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 19. juni 2024 kl. 4:16
Gah I forgot to fix that. That was an old issue I never got around to fixing
RadiKyle 18. juni 2024 kl. 20:24
Heya did you intend the speed limits on these to be mph values? Asking because the labels say mph but in-game it's km/h so the trains are reallyyyyy slowwww lol. In the .lua it looks like km/h values were entered (so 30 instead of 48.3 for 30 mph, etc).
RadiKyle 17. juni 2024 kl. 20:39
The connector works great now, thanks!! 🥳
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 17. juni 2024 kl. 18:33
that mod is the best lol
RadiKyle 17. juni 2024 kl. 18:21
Thanks!! I'll check it out!

I just spent ages adding different ground texture options to a mod that could just be painted over 😭 And now I realize an existing mod can already do what mine does (Freight Yard Framework).
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 17. juni 2024 kl. 18:16
Fixed the converter and further NATS issues as well
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 17. juni 2024 kl. 18:15
I discovered it recently too!
RadiKyle 17. juni 2024 kl. 17:45
Omg how long has shift-paint been a thing?!! 🤯All this time I've been editing textures I thought I couldn't paint over!! 🤦‍♂️
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 17. juni 2024 kl. 17:05
should be able to shift click the ground near the tracks, that should fix the ground textures

regarding the connector, ill take a look rn
RadiKyle 17. juni 2024 kl. 16:40
Hi, the rails in the connector piece are out of position, leaving a gap. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/u8wnThh
RadiKyle 16. juni 2024 kl. 21:03
...the texture file none.lua tests well for this.
RadiKyle 16. juni 2024 kl. 20:49
Noooooo... :steamsad: Hey @themeatballhero any chance of a rollback on that texture change? These were paintable before with any ground texture, but now they're permanently asphalt, so no longer really "rails only".
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 15. juni 2024 kl. 7:54
Also changed the default ground textures to asphalt 1
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 15. juni 2024 kl. 7:46
Updated with the NA Tracks rails as LOD 0 and added the bumper from NA Tracks as well.
CC22A 18. nov. 2023 kl. 19:19
Thank you for the answer!
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 15. nov. 2023 kl. 6:18
no but you can edit it in each track.lua
CC22A 15. nov. 2023 kl. 5:58
I see. Soo, there are no version without the Hayes Bumper then? Thank you for the answer by the way
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 15. nov. 2023 kl. 5:53
the US trackset is needed if you want the Hayes bumper, otherwise they'll just show up as purple boxes
CC22A 15. nov. 2023 kl. 4:57
Heya, quick question: Do I need to subscribe to the US Track Set? Because I just want my tracks to stay as usual, instead of using American style :D

Is it fine if I didn't?
pgoyette 13. sep. 2023 kl. 17:30
It works very well.
I would also like to point out it looks good for local freight (like those times where the tracks are covered with grass)
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 13. maj 2023 kl. 6:21
Adapter has been adfded, NO MORE FLOATING! Thanks to Yoshi and Jorge for all the help!
Nolantherailfan 21. apr. 2023 kl. 16:51
i find it quite hard to do
if they were supported for intersections that would be so cool
GA5MλSK 18. mar. 2023 kl. 16:54
Very nice! Still even if the tracks are floating, I'll still use them!
slurp 15. mar. 2023 kl. 4:45
Thank you so much for making this, i have been looking for a mod like this for so long.
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. 2023 kl. 10:17
I'll have to tackle the switchbox as well. May just make it transparent tbh
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. 2023 kl. 10:15
yeah i found it, i actually messaged yoshi about it because he made the mod. I may be able to do it! He sent me his config file for it so im going to see how it works in game, because im not exactly sure how it works, never used it. but sounds *very promising*
Canadian_67 13. mar. 2023 kl. 9:05
theres no WS version for the mod agunter was talking about.
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 13. mar. 2023 kl. 5:29
Thanks guys!

@agunter999 is that on the workshop?
Dead Silent 12. mar. 2023 kl. 17:40
These are amazing, cheers Meatball!
Avern 12. mar. 2023 kl. 14:29
YES! thankyou. you dont understand how much bullshit i had to do to get this effect with stock tracks and the build anyway mod
agunter999 12. mar. 2023 kl. 7:44
Hi, there is actually quite a nifty solution to deal with the break in rail heights. The feldbahn 600mm mod has this already implemented. Basically it has little transition pieces that let you change track heights.
themeatballhero  [ophavsmand] 12. mar. 2023 kl. 5:56
That was my intent :D
kevin_o-1986 12. mar. 2023 kl. 3:43
Looks great for industrial situations!
