It's too bad that Precycle Rain & Flooding is so rare outside Rivulet's campaign,
but it makes the game more challenging and interesting.
Most campaigns the default chance is a mere 2%.
Early on for Rivulet it's either 25% or 40% depending on region.
But nowadays I almost always have this setting maxed at100%, aka inv/enot mode.
I'm pretty sure it's possible but I am a bit busy atm, would take a while to figure out I think - considering it for a future update
The Solution is to disable Slugsomnia in Emerald's Tweaks and Features.
Though it is weird that this only happens for monk in particular?
We heard you like Rain World, so we added some more Rain to your Rain World
So you can get Rained on while you Rain World
Now I can actually play rain world with some f u k k e n RAIN.
