I found a bug where it breaks the recording if I have my nintendo switch lite connected to my pc via usb. I don't know why that happens, but it just does.

okay so recently my replays have gotten worse and worse framerates. before they used to get at least 30-20fps but not its 10 and below. does anyone know why?

Is there any possible way to make it capture the in-game install musics such as delta sans, yharim exc?

if I record a replay, within less than 10 minutes this weird effect happens where is applies a coat of color to the entire screen. it's really annoying and black is a common color for it to pick, rendering the entire screen 100% invisible.
If I had to guess, it might be a conflict with the post processing shader.

I love this, would it be possible to toggle certain parts of the hud? I want to keep the name, health bar and burst, but want to hide the air options and free cancels, would that even be possible?

You just need to give it a mokent, windows will say it stopped responding while its rendering

For those wondering where that setting is: Library > Right-Click on Your Only Move Is HUSTLE > Properties > Compatibility > Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool > Legacy Runtime 1.0

It took a long time to render due to certain reasons so I had to do something which as usual caused my game to crash. I think it corrupted my replay file aswell since now my game shuts down whenever I try to watch the replay I failed to record. Otherwise it works just fine. I need to make backups of replays when I want to record them.

so, im giving up trying to get this to work on linux, can you add a set of options for those who wanna record with obs? just better ways to hide your hud and stuff like that would be a great plus

I have only 1 question.
Why can you record spectated multiplayer matches but not your own multiplayer matches?
It's really dumb, since it gives an error saying "Can't record multiplayer" but it can, as long as you aren't one of the 2 players.

I have been trying to get this working on Ubuntu, and I am very nearly at wits end.
I've carved through numerous issues, now I'm stuck on recordings failing to render.

I know it's not officially supported, but Genuinely I just want to save replays.
at very minimum can I ask for it to produce logs that I can look through so that I can at least know what's wrong?

my pc nearly imploded during render LOL (90% cpu just for godot)

if you use linux do not use this it will not work and you'll contract an eldritch madness trying to get it to work

I can't seem to get the music or some character specific sound effects. If i am not missing something, there is no way to get them included in the replay right?

oh fun, the only viable mod to record replays with, requires a program with developers who, uh oh, looks like it's only the source code since they're too lazy to make an installer!!! so they instead route you to people who've done a fraction of their job for them, so then you still need to go through 30 convoluted and irritating steps, only to find out after 10 minutes watching a tutorial, that it doesn't actually apply to you, so then you realize pulling the rope + chair combo is more worthwhile than trying to install this worthless piece of software

Some sounds from mods don't use the "SFX" track and use some other audio track (probably Master), YOMIR records only the SFX track currently.

For some reason, certain sounds don't get included in the recording, at least for me. These sounds include: the apocalypse bird roar on Source's install, Keter 3 played during Librarian's finisher, and several others. Any idea why this might be happening, and any fixes known?

Can the settings 'Show Hitboxes' and 'Extra Game Info', alongside DI Arrows, be disabled as a part of the Heads Up Display or its own setting? Thanks!

Ffmpeg download seems to always fail (including legacy) and can never locate it if I try manually downloading, please help

@Neo does it crash the game or simply say that it isn't responding, because if it isn't responding than you can just wait until it finishes

For anyone using Linux or the Steam Deck, your recordings are stored in ~/.local/share/YourOnlyMoveIsHUSTLE/recordings/

If you are using the Flatpak version of Steam, the directory will be ~/.var/app/com.valvesoftware.Steam/.local/share/YourOnlyMoveIsHUSTLE/recordings
This is due to Flatpaks being sandboxed, making all steam games' data fall under the directory of the sandbox, hope this info helps with other games too
