It doesn't matter if you modify it as you want.
I'm just making mods about how I feel uncomfortable,
so I doubt this point will satisfy everyone.

For issues caused by unlockers, it's actually nothing much because I just dragged and pasted all the units that are being added from sfo.
My modding skills were so bad that it was difficult to update only missing units with pinpoints.

So I'm more than grateful to you if you can solve this part.

Please keep in mind that my intention may be distorted because it is written in a translator.

Also, I was trying to see from discord the complaints about what units are missing from what settlements when using the unlocker. Does that fix the unlocker as well as??

Try arranging the this mod in order above the other mods.

Or there's a possibility that the other mods you're using may be covering my mod,
but I don't know that.
