Go into Mesh editing, Tools tab
There will be Stretch X, Y and Z parameters on top left
When you change the value to lower than 1 it will resize it, however you also need to adjust the skeleton aswell or otherwise your model will be all stretched and awful (look at top right for "Rendering" option and check "Skeletons" from the dropdown to see how it fits)

i wanna know how you made the player models short cause i tried to make my model is supposed to be short and its always 7 foot tall no matter what i do
