So i have this strange problem with this model when i spawn it it seems almost like it is always in a T-pose and its also very stiff.

Idk why he would do that, try using ragdoll mover to pose him.

well then. HES ragdoll is not working den.. cuz i downloaded alll the models/ragdolls there is on the workshop.. and non there.. i cant find them i looked everywhere

Where it's saying that this is a playermodel in the first place? Can't you read descriptions? it says RAGDOLL.
