I have what one could only call an ABUNDANCE of these comics now, after visiting a school, a post office and a few other buildings in a far off city xD I think the spawn is perhaps a bit high

fixes the error that pops up when starting a game with WAP, it fails to populate tables and benches, dunno why so i just removed that portion of the code.
