Not sure how everyone else feels- I didn't like the fact that certain items are restricted only to full moon/halloween.

this hat should be edited to be more... cartoony. it should be made so its restricted for halloween, just like all those other hats and misc items

You could try making the belt or the hair paintable with possibly having the spiderweb tinted. Having the whole purple part paintable would be too much.
