you should add some custom board spaces for more variation and make more double recruit spaces.
Its a very nice idea but try to add more detail , some liquid comming out of the cans or some dirt on the floor or the chairs.
Also use some teleports for shortcuts or secret ways for example.

But as i said , a very cool idea!
