Yes, you can use the VTuber model for commercial use, and I would appreciate credit.
However, the design for the character isn't mine, it's just the turtle emoji (🐢) designed by Google, and I'm not sure how that would work out legally, so, knowing this, use at your own discretion.

To "Nah" (idk how this comments section works so there's maybe a better way to do responses) Although the mouth rig is admittedly not the best it does lip sync with Mouth open and Mouth form

This is really cute, but I'm wondering if the mouth opens and closes with lip sync or not...
