It isn't, it was Neotokyo content. Not sure why it does that, I also notice it overrides sound mods to default.

it's weird; yo uneed it for neotokyo maps but then stuff like this will happen lol

Try unsubscribing then resubscribing and then restarting the game. Its possible that the textures didn't load yet OR its possible you may need L4D2 to be mounted through the GMOD menu but that's unlikely because I didn't need to do that.

that's the weird part, didn't happen before. havent had any issues with it. Like all the textures just disappeared. and ia ctually havent installed any mods recently that would affect that, but oh well

Restart your game. That usually means one of 2 things.

1. The mod hasn't completed installing itself after you subbed to it so just restart the game
2. You have another mod replacing the med-kit pickup sound.

whenever i pick up a healthpack it just makes a loud static noise for a few seconds is it supposed to do that

Love the changes for the Health Vial textures, but the health packs are all the same texture. Granted it's changed them to the L4D2 health pack, but no RNG is being applied to them like how the vials are. Either way, a nice addon!
