You can do that yourself by unpacking the vpk and deleting the icons you don't want.

@spidergrear2 if you don't have a conflict with other icons mods, just try to re log, it usually helps

@quake you can remove icons that you don't need and use the offline version of the mod to avoid compatibility problems

I noticed that the MAC10 icon does not work because of an incorrect sequence in the file name instead of "icon_smg_silenced", "icon_silenced_smg" is used, so the game ignores this icon

Does somebody know what could be happening in my end?
The only icon that appears as a white square is the medkit I deleted another mod that was conflicting but still to no avail the same shit keeps happening.
