We are not gonna be updating this mod to match the other iteration of Cedar Hill. The original files are way too different now and it's branched into it's own thing. This mod serves it's purpose of telling a story about the christmas elf delivering presents to the unfortunate citizens of Cedar Hill that have been zombified.

Nope, if there is then it's not made by us. I suggest looking at other workshop mods, but to my knowledge there isn't anything like it.

There is, but I don't feel like spending 4 hours fixing it. If you want to play the mod only because of the town, then look up Cedar Hill. It's reupload of the same map, except there is no christmas stuff.

@Itsuka Kendo # 1 Fan: Because it's a seasonal mod, it's intended for almost every zombie to wear the christmas outfit.
@Ryan: It's literally the same map, play one or the other.

I like this mod but wayy too many zeds spawn with christmas clothes. it's a good mod if you want it to be christmas all the time I guess tho

The mod is in it's final state (except for a few more 3D models), we don't have any plans to add anything else. The separate map mod is an exception and shouldn't be viewed as invitation to suggestions. Extra separate small mods require headspace that we are running out of. It is too much to ask for someone to manage/upkeep many mods as the game updates. We already have other projects to attend to.

Is there a speedguide for Christmas Challenge? Like drive around honking and deliver all presents before Christmas? Anybody keeping score?

Yes, but it includes a map, so you have to mess around with it to maybe make it work. Ask google how, I don't have friends so I don't play MP.

Can I request a configuration setting to disable various features such as Christmas clothes spawning on zeds, so that on our multiplayer server we don't need to uninstall the mod so that we can continue using the items we got from the mod during our festivities, without having Christmas zeds forevermore?

@Josko There is a place with loads of guns, just gotta look for it. Hint: a house that stands out the most out of all of them ;).
@Umbra214 Not necessarily, if you don't select the challenge you can start in july for example, however it will start snowing regardless of the season in a few days.

Only thing missing on the map is a Police Station or maybe a Gun Shop so players that prefers guns can stock up! A toolstore would have been nice too!

Not at the moment, everything is tied together, but if you guys are really interested in the map only, I could make another upload of it without the christmas theme at some point. But that would be around january or so.

It includes a map, so you'll have to do whatever you need to do to make new maps appear in an existing save. I know it's a pain in the arse to add new maps for a SP game, I imagine it's even more of a pain in the arse for MP games.

I added it to a server where I also have Authentic Z, and now all the zombies that appear also have Authentic Z costumes, any way that only those related to Christmas appear?

When I start one of the challenges, it starts me off near-naked, including without a key ring which seems important for the Black Friday challenge, and the Christmas Miracle challenge seems to have so immediate objective. I would like to see these flaws fixed soon.

Can you explain the challenges a bit more? e.g. Would be good to know before start that 'The Christmas miracle' challenge sets the helicopter to often, but EHE disables it. Hence you should disable EHE before starting that challenge, I guess. All containers are empty because of challenge sandbox or map bag.
