I have double checked the build and there are no forbidden blocks - just be mindful it is made in Reforged Eden for Reforgen Eden so it contains blocks that are not in Vanilla Empyrion. If you have opened the build in vanilla it most likely will not work or contain any of the scenario only blocks

Are you looking at the build on reforged Eden scenario or vanilla Empyrion?
