For baseliner preferred xenotype ideoligion, meaning baseliner and improved baseliner would be preferred, but germeline xenotypes (yttakin, impid, neanderthal, waster...) would be disliked.

Um, well there are "Preferred Xenotypes" if you have both DLCs. My brain got confused while writing the mod and I'm not sure I care.
